We got a very light sowing of lettuce seeds into the experimental garden before the soil re-froze, we'll be watching to see what they do. Our family celebrated Easter with lamb from Afton Hills Farm - my grandmother has gotten her heart set on a rack of lamb from these folks every year since we served it last Easter. This lamb is not only delicious, but raised lovingly in Afton, MN by a great family.
Afton Hills Farm is near to our hearts and we are excited to offer a lamb share this year.
